ANNOUNCES Waynesboro, Penna., April 11, 2002 - Landis Gardner announced that it has completed a teaming agreement with Waynesboro Machine Company, Inc., to provide factory certified rebuilding services for selected production grinders. This new arrangement will allow Landis Gardner to respond to its customers' need for economical, high quality machine rebuilding capabilities for a wide range of grinding machines. In announcing
the new business agreement, Landis Gardner president, Dan Pheil, said that
a dependable source for qualified machine rebuilding is an essential part
